Friendship Bracelets

Why did I never think of this? Friendship bracelets made trendy.  The braided thread bracelets that I learned how to make at camp when I was 12 have turned stylish thanks to Frieda & Nellie.  Their handmade bracelets combine simple with elegant, giving a new twist to the traditional friendship bracelets that we all knew so well as children.

I spent the labor day weekend on the lake and by the pool with my best friends.  And in 20 years, I think it is safe to say that we hope we can still have weekend getaways like this (and maybe still be able to pick up numbers like we did this weekend)...

My picture frame wall will happen. The first step is complete. Now let's hope the frames don't sit in the corner of my room for the rest of the year.  This is a likely possibility.
